A key role for a Facebook Ads Specialist is to drive customer acquisition through effective advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, analyzing and scaling Facebook campaigns and budgets to optimize sales growth. Key Responsibilities: • Setting up and managing Facebook ad campaigns • Collaborating with the team to create new ad creatives • Analyzing campaign performance using A/B testing methods Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred (high school diploma/GED equivalent required) The ideal candidate should have 1-2+ years of experience in managing daily budgets of at least $5k.
