Our client, A large global law firm in downtown San Francisco is looking to fulfill a direct hire, full-time Facilities Assistant. The Facilities Assistant role requires a high level of professionalism, problem solving and go-getter attitude, with strong vendor relations, communication, and multitask ability involving high-volume coordinator and support functions. As well as supporting ongoing office moves as the firm is reconstructing several office floors and facilities layout. Based on business needs, your work schedule may be modified as needed by leadership. 2 years’ experience or the equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred.
