Facility Manager

Premiere Staffing is currently seeking a Property Manager for the Springfield and Holyoke area Description of Position: The Property Manager is responsible for all managed and owned properties, including planning, budgeting and tactical maintenance of equipment, machinery, building, and landscaping. On call responsibilities are a component of this position. Essential Functions · Prepares and manages budgets · Solicit bids, and plans improvements and modifications · Inspects and monitors construction and Modification progress · Manages and implements preventative maintenance of facility and equipment, including HVAC equipment · Oversees vacant units for leasing and occupancy by new tenants. This includes supervision of renovations, advertising the units, interviewing tenants, and running background and credit checks · Collecting rent, monitoring late payments and communication with tenants, and handling operating expenses · Terminates leases and prepares eviction proceedings · Keeps files organized and neat · Responsible for 24-hour call coverage. This includes managing on call staffing calendar, and administration of on-call phone systems · PM must maintain their own vehicle as transportation to work sites, it is necessary to keep vehicle maintained and insured.
