Federal Marketing Principal Specialist

Maximus is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Federal Marketing Principal Specialist to lead integrated marketing initiatives supporting our Federal Markets: Defense, Civilian, Federal Healthcare, National Security, and Space Sector business. Strategies will be built annually/quarterly, include demand generation, account-based marketing and pipeline support for key franchise deals.Translate technical capabilities into mission-relevant value propositions for government stakeholders.Monitor Defense and National Security trends, agency priorities, budget cycles and competitive landscape.Responsible for leading the development of sales enablement strategy and client-ready marketing materials, pitch decks, demos, and sales-related support materials, ensuring alignment to marketing objectives and business development outcomes.Responsible for leading the strategy and execution for major defense conferences and industry events, industry days, industry event briefings, roundtables, and other immersive client experiences.Lead the execution and optimization of marketing efforts for the Federal Defense and National Security sector, aligning marketing campaigns to overall business growth objectives and influencing campaign performance.Minimum Requirements Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
