Initiatives include building and marketing the Fieldhouse brand, engaging with leads and applicants through both in-person and virtual tours, advertising on social media platforms, leading on and off-site community events, and building relationships with university and local organizations to lease the building for maximum occupancy. The Community Assistant/Ambassador plays a pivotal role to ensure pre-lease and occupancy goals are achieved by the property. ● Working within brand guidelines to ensure marketing and sales alignment to meet and exceed up Campus standards. ● Assist the Leasing and Marketing Manager on daily, weekly, and monthly Leasing and Marketing reports, and the upkeep of the Leasing Directory. ● Ideal candidate has 1 year of student housing experience, or any sales or hospitality backgrounds.
