Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement • Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills • Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong social media and content creation skills • Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools • Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events • Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community Benefits
