As we grow our in-store field marketing program across the East Coast, we're looking for an organized, driven coordinator to keep it running tight. Role SummaryThe Field Marketing Coordinator owns the day-to-day execution of our program across the East Region - making sure every store is staffed, every booth is on-brand, every Brand Ambassador (BA) is set up to win, and our brand activations stay on track. Source, screen, and recruit Brand Ambassadors across markets, help coordinate interviewsSchedule and staff every weekend in Raleigh, Charlotte, and DMV Build and maintain a healthy, ready-to-go BA pipelineRetail Programs Support upcoming brand activations - track timelines and keep deliverables moving so nothing slips through the cracksStep in to cover a booth or run a store check in person when neededWhat We're Looking ForRecent college grad or early-career professional eager to get into brand marketing / salesExceptionally organized and self-directed - you chase down loose ends without being askedAble to juggle multiple markets and projects at once without dropping a ballCalm and resourceful under pressure (e.g., a Saturday-morning BA cancellation)Comfortable recruiting, screening, and motivating a field teamStrong written communication for recaps, scheduling, and coordinationValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and weekend availabilityAble to travel within market and be on your feet at in-store eventsBenefits What We Offer$25/hour 30-40 hours/weekContract-to-hire: evaluated at the 3-month mark for a full-time role Real ownership of a region from day oneHands-on experience across field marketing, recruiting, and live brand activationsFree Coffee
