The Field Marketing Manager is a hands-on people leader responsible for driving regional field marketing success through dealer relationship development, event marketing, and lead generation strategy execution. This role manages the Field Marketing Lead Generation team while actively participating in dealer visits, trade shows, and consumer events. This position requires frequent travel, including evenings and weekends, and is not based in a single city. & Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management • Directly manage 2 FTE Field Marketing Lead Generation staff (may include multiple part-time employees) & • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate field marketing staff & • Set expectations for professionalism, brand representation, lead quality, and event execution & • Create staffing plans for shows, expos, and regional events & • Provide hands-on support at events as needed, including setup, teardown, and lead generation & Lead Generation & Performance Oversight • Ensure high-quality lead generation aligned with Sales and Call Center needs & • Monitor lead flow, quality standards, and follow-up coordination & • Identify opportunities to improve field marketing effectiveness and efficiency & • Provide regular reporting and insights to the Field Marketing Director
