Field Marketing Manager

Overview: Key Responsabilities: • Execute national plans at the local market level with strategic grass roots and community focus. Activities include, but are not limited to local promotions, partnerships, store communication and sales training). • Become a critical partner to local Operations team in developing relevant plans to achieve business objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent required • 5+ years field marketing experience • Experience in restaurant marketing required • Experience in development and execution of promotions to increase foot traffic and sales preferred • Required to spend at least 50% of time in the field • Fluent in English and Spanish required
