Field Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead the charge on high-impact marketing activations that fuel pipeline and deepen market engagement. This is a hybrid role designed for someone who’s equally confident mapping go-to-market plans with sales leaders as they are packing event kits, managing vendors, and running point onsite. You’ll sit within our Growth Marketing function, serving as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure our field programs are aligned, well-executed, and optimized for revenue impact. This is a highly collaborative, high-visibility position that blends strategic orchestration with grounded operational ownership. Key Responsibilities • Own the planning, logistics, and execution of field programs: third-party conferences, hosted webinars, executive dinners, in-person workshops, and partner activations • Translate sales priorities, ABM targets, and brand objectives into regionally tailored field campaigns • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Delivery, and Brand teams to ensure full alignment on event strategy and execution • Participate in campaign planning and marketing/sales alignment meetings to provide insight into timing, messaging, and engagement • Track field KPIs including: event-sourced pipeline, MQA volume, ROI, event campaign engagement, and opportunities created
