With the mission to be locally-impactful, the ICR Field Marketing Manager will work closely with field leadership and support center team members to understand which promotions and initiatives will make a material impact in driving the business. Local Marketing Plans • Collaborate with local agency and Inspire Media Strategy & Planning team on holistic plan development • Align stakeholders (operations, franchisees, agencies) on approved plans • Develop and implement quarterly restaurant-level initiatives to combat competitive intrusion and underperformance • Management of co-op activity as determined by Director, Field Marketing based on brand-level involvement • 5-10 years of total experience working in field marketing roles, focused specifically on community engagement • Proven ability to communicate with above and restaurant team members to build vision and drive action • Proven ability to lead brand-level field marketing initiatives and deliver measurable top line impact • Exceptional communication and influence skills; able to bridge brand and enterprise priorities • Willingness to travel (~20%) We’re made up of some of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands, but we’re much more than just a restaurant company.
