We are seeking friendly, reliable Survey Representatives to conduct in-person surveys with passengers along designated bus routes at Bakersfield College, Downtown and Southwest. Representatives will ride assigned buses, approach riders courteously, and collect feedback to support transportation planning and service improvements. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with the public and are comfortable working throughout transit environments. Key Responsibilities Ride assigned bus routes and travel between transit stops as scheduledApproach bus riders in a professional and respectful mannerAdminister short surveys accurately using paper forms or electronic devicesClearly explain the purpose of the survey and obtain participant consentRecord responses accurately while maintaining data confidentialityMeet daily or weekly survey completion targetsFollow all safety, transit authority, and company guidelinesReport any issues or incidents to a supervisor promptlyQualifications
