The Field Marketing Rep is responsible for field marketing operations in the Central Michigan region for both All Star Brands (ASB)and JARS Cannabis. Drive New Customer Acquisition: Execute field marketing activities to drive new customers to both ASB and JARS through engaging, interactive experiences.In-Field Activations: Manage the physical setup, execution, and breakdown (strike) of marketing activations and experiential events.Brand Education: Educate budtenders, retail staff, and consumers on ASB and JARS products, values, and brand differentiators.Vendor Days Execution: Plan and conduct vendor days at retail locations for both ASB and JARS to maximize brand presence and customer conversions.Event Representation: Represent ASB and JARS at industry events, community activities, and marketing activations, serving as the public-facing ambassador for both brands.Brand Merchandising: Ensure proper merchandising and display execution for ASB products in retail partner stores to drive visibility and sales.Activity Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting of all field activities, event outcomes, merchandising updates, and customer interactions.Requirements
