Field Marketing Representative

Your proactive approach will be instrumental in generating referrals, building relationships, driving growth, and enhancing our agency's presence in the homecare community. Qualifications: • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry, is preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English; other languages are a plus • A valid driver’s license is required Responsibilities • Promote our home care services to local business offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, VA offices, etc., in Tulare County • Identify and engage potential clients, referral sources, and community partners • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources • Track and report on marketing efforts, leads, sales activities, and outcomes to the marketing manager • Following the schedule and marketing plan as set out by the marketing manager Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour
