Field Marketing Team Lead

We need a field marketing manager who will generate leads for our growing sales force. At BathWise, our Field Marketing Team Leads are provided with the chance to join a company with a highly reviewed brand and lead the marketing efforts in their assigned territory. Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Lead the event marketing team in your assigned territory by developing and driving event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads • Assist in planning the event calendar for a team of event marketers in your assigned territory including event identifying, scheduling, planning, and accountability for results • Increase brand awareness and sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and promoting BathWise’s brand • Representing BathWise at marketing events including planning and coordination, generating leads, and scheduling appointments • Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner • Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing BathWise’s value and expertise • Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all BathWise’s service and product offerings • Obtain complete information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments • Provide additional marketing support by calling inbound/outbound leads and other various marketing related tasks • Other duties may include supporting additional markets, assist in training new team members, track and report on event results Skills & Qualifications: • 2+ years sales, customer service, lead generation experience required • Prior leadership experience preferred but not required • Industry experience is preferred but not required • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large, branded items • An outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation • Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments • Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Evening and weekend availability The role often involves long hours, variable conditions, and manual tasks associated with event setup and promotion.
