In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement in the field. • The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for training, engaging, and building relationships with Crate & Barrel and CB2 store associates equip store teams with tools and strategies to confidently offer the co-branded credit card to customers, increasing application volume and overall program engagement. • Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with store managers and sales associates, acting as the go-to resource for all things related to the credit card program • Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to educate and motivate store associates. • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
