• Ability to follow processes and procedures in the Field Service Operations/Logistics department, providing staging and fulfillment of equipment and systems orders for the digital on-screen advertising, electronic Feature/Content distribution products and services. • Perform some of the responsibilities of the department supervisor or technical service specialist, in their absence, upon assignment or under special projects given by qualified personnel. • Perform various operations to track and maintain house parts inventories and repair tracking. • Documentation and completion of all paperwork and billing documents associated with services and repairs completed by the OSA Systems Test and Technical Support Specialist. • Ability to work to adhere to solid deadlines and under pressure while meeting completion requirements.
