Marketing Assistant / Finance Analyst; $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience ABOUT US: We are a private financial institution, engaged in lending money, managing properties, and selling real estate for over 28 years. Our office is located on Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. Currently, we are looking for a marketing assistant/ Finance Analyst to assist us in developing/updating and executing on our marketing. This job will teach you tremendous knowledge of real estate, operating small businesses and managing investors. Responsibilities • Marketing/advertising commercial real estate- secured business loans • Marketing/advertising of properties we are selling • Manage payment of all investors • Execution of marketing as directed • Research new ways to increase business revenue • Property management • Other administrative duties as required; Qualifications • Recent College Grad or few years of experience.
