GPS Impact is hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our growing Operations Team. This position will be based out of our office located in Des Moines, IA. GPS Impact believes diversity is a source of strength. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \\- Accounts payable duties including entering invoices and setting up vendor profiles \\- Process employee expense reimbursements \\- Set up monthly client invoices \\- Provide support to accounts receivable duties as assigned \\- Process credit card transactions \\- Manage Des Moines office \\- Collect and disseminate incoming mail, responsible for outgoing mail and packages \\- Book occasional travel for staff as needed \\- Serve as backup for the DC Operations Coordinator \\- Miscellaneous other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: \\- Previous experience in an office environment \\- QuickBooks online experience \\- Highly organized \\- Detail oriented \\- Attention to confidentiality \\- Self-motivated \\- Willingness to learn on the job \\- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, often unpredictable, and sometimes stressful environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: \\- Previous scheduling experience INSTRUCTIONS To apply, please email cover letter and resume to jobs@gpsimpact.com.
