Enradius is a growing advertising technology company helping businesses, agencies, media companies, and chambers of commerce reach customers through programmatic advertising, geofencing, search marketing, connected TV, social media, and other digital advertising solutions.

We're also building Local Ad Networks®, including Virginia Ad Network™, Maryland Ad Network™, Delaware Ad Network™, with plans to expand nationally through a franchise model.

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving operations, and using technology—including AI—to help build a company designed to scale.

This is not a traditional bookkeeping position. You'll work directly with leadership to improve billing, finance, operations, automation, and business processes.

Manage monthly billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections professionally.
Reconcile QuickBooks, Stripe, Expensify, and internal reporting.
Calculate, validate, and reconcile sales commissions.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial and operational reports.
Improve billing workflows and operational processes.
Build dashboards and reports that help leadership make better business decisions.
Help document systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support future franchise operations.
Research and implement AI and automation tools that improve productivity across finance, operations, and sales.
Support operational projects across finance, sales, customer success, and business development.

QualificationsRequired

3+ years of experience in billing, finance, accounting, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or business operations.
Strong QuickBooks experience.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Experience reconciling financial information and identifying discrepancies.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Preferred

Experience in digital advertising, media, SaaS, marketing, or an agency environment.
Experience with commission reporting or incentive compensation.
Experience with Stripe and Expensify.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Clay.
Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Startup, entrepreneurial, or high-growth company experience.
Franchise or multi-location business experience.
Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improving business processes.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and helping a company grow.
