As a Finance Operations Specialist -, you will be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for managing financial operations for our advertising and sponsorship line of business. Your role will have a dual focus on... creating, maintaining, and analyzing complex spreadsheets, as well as managing payables and receivables for this line of business.. You will handle invoice processing for brand sponsors, track payments to publishers, reconcile ad orders, and maintain financial reports and trackers. Requirements/Desired Skills • Some experience in managing payables and receivables in an finance-related role • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets and financial models • Experience with financial reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills • This role is 100% remote but candidates must reside in the continental US We’ll keep you informed through every step.
