Financial Analyst

This individual will be expected to work under minimal supervision to complete company analysis and planning requirements to drive operational and financial improvements. \- Monthly analysis of Manufacturing Fixed Cost \- Monthly Capex analysis \- Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from plan \- Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results \- Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifies trends; recommends actions \- Identifies opportunities for improvement in internal controls \- Performs all Planning tasks and functions for the assigned areas \- Assists with month-end close activities \- Supports internal and external audits We strongly believe that cultivating a diverse workplace gives a company strength.
