We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills to manage OEM co-op programs and marketing budgets across our retail network. Budget Management Responsibilities: • Track and report budgets regularly • Actualize and monitor invoices alongside the Finance team • Liaise with external partners on billing and dispute resolutions • Support retail locations with budget-related inquiries • Document and track all budget changes as needed This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to navigate OEM software platforms for co-op tracking.
