Finishing Production Technician

This role focuses on post-molding finishing processes such as grinding, sanding, drilling, repairing, and preparing composite parts to meet strict quality and dimensional specifications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using power tools in a production environment and may come from composites manufacturing, woodworking, carpentry, or an automotive body work background, where precision finishing, surface preparation, and attention to detail are critical. • Follow all safety procedures and properly wear required PPE when handling composite materials. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, or an automotive body shop (including sanding, surface prep, repair, or painting) is highly valued and directly applicable to this role.
