Fink's Deli General Manager

Fink's Deli is Hiring a General Manager to oversee operations. We are looking for a GM with a passion for quality food, beer, wine and service. Must be a self motivator and have excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Overseeing daily operations -Weekly/yearly inventory/reports -Hiring/firing/staff & manager reviews -Training managers/staff/comprehensive cheese and charcuterie training -Social media/advertising/promotions -Ordering cheese/charcuterie/beer/wine/retail -Plan and coordinate events/catering opportunities -Manage budgets and bank deposits -Develop growth strategies and collaborate with owners -Promote a healthy work environment through communication, leading by example and setting employees up for success. -Highly organized.
