The heavy focus of this position will be centered around overseeing and managing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts, specifically email marketing, website and social media. You should be data-driven, innovative, and able to adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy:Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing:Optimize digital ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and member acquisition while ensuring budget efficiency and KPI achievement.Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Execute and manage localized paid campaigns through Ads Manager for hyper-targeted business objectives.Oversee affiliate marketing programs, building partnerships to expand reach and maximize conversions.Implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and brand visibility.Website & E-Commerce Management:Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance web engagement, retention, and conversions.Oversee website maintenance, optimization, and updates to ensure functionality and performance.Manage online ordering platforms, including eGift Cards and e-commerce promotions.Track and analyze web traffic, conversion rates, and online performance for continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the digital customer journey.Qualifications and Skills2-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and paid media strategy, with a strong background in performance marketing and content creation.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.Expertise in paid media strategies (Paid Social, Paid Search, Retargeting), SEO, and affiliate marketing to drive conversions and optimize performance.Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.Experience optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Highly organized with strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Proficiency in digital tools, including Google Ads, social media management tools (Sprout Social & MerchantCentric), Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industries is a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to maintain regular attendance onsite.Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. as needed.Frequent use of hands, reaching, bending, and repetitive motions.Benefits:Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesFirebirds Wood Fired Grill is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable laws.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
