Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following: * Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals * Showing up daily on time with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute Enthusiasm - 40 hour work week * Providing superior service to members at all times by creating a positive and motivating environment * Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example along with interviewing, hiring and firing of staff * Meeting with and reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to owner daily * Managing staff schedule, process payroll, manage the studio relating to all maintenance * Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily * Using online platforms and software for customer relations management processes, POS systems for membership sale, billing and collections as well as for email and texting campaigns.
