We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for independently overseeing a portfolio of client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with them. Independently oversee a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact Collaborate with the creative team, marketing department, digital team and media planning to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategies Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement Oversee project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaigns Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback 8+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agency Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field Experience in senior living marketing is a plus Proven success managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Expert in managing a multi-disciplined team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment Proficient in a Mac-based environment, Google Suite, Zoom Expertise in project management software and tools (Function Point, Basecamp, Asana, Monday, etc.)
