• Basic design skills and experience using Canva or similar design software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism, graphic design, or a related field.

Job Description:

**Responsibilities**

* Assist with updating and maintaining the Florida 4-H website to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
* Create and edit social media content, including short-form videos and reels.
* Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, graphics, and digital materials using Canva.
* Assist with writing and editing blogs, news releases, social media captions, and other communications materials.
* Support Florida 4-H marketing and public relations campaigns and special projects.
* Help maintain consistent Florida 4-H branding across digital and print materials.
* Assist with gathering photos, stories, and content from Florida 4-H programs and events.
* Support other communications and public relations projects as needed.

Expected Salary:

$15 per hour

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience managing or updating website content.
* Experience creating and editing short-form video content, particularly reels.
* Experience with Canva
* Experience writing blogs, news releases, social media content, or other professional communications.
* Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
* Pursuing a degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, advertising, graphic design, or a related field.

Special Instructions to Applicants:

Work Schedule Availability: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 10-20 hours a week
