Who are we: INNSIRE is an Information Technology solution provider company located in Springfield, VA. We also provide IT training on Software Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, and Programming Languages such as Python, Java, SQL, etc. Whom we are looking for: A dynamic and energetic person who can hand out our training institute’s marketing flyers at DMV area, provide information about the subject of the flyers and help us plan advertising events. This job may also get rolled into other positions, such as a general promoter who helps place signs, collect marketing leads, and take photographs of events. Typical responsibilities during a shift include: Handing out flyers to the public at strategically chosen locations Distributing flyers through residential front doors or to businesses Having an in-depth knowledge of the information they are handing out and being a point of information for people with queries Being enthusiastic about the event or establishment they are promoting Covering as many people/houses as they can to market as widely as possible Must have requirements: Have a car or mode of transportation be enthusiastic and polite be able to handle public confrontation effectively and calmly to diffuse potentially difficult situations speak English to a high standard have the capacity to remember information regarding their promotion and be able to answer questions eloquently be able to work in teams to calculate the most efficient way to cover ground persevere despite setbacks or rejections be physically fit in regard to delivery door to door be confident and assertive be communicative and punctual wear company-provided t-shirt Nice to Have: Previous experience in flyer distribution Local resident Thanks!
