Position and check required utensils, equipment, signage, and food products according to the in- house and branded concept menu standards. Set up, open, operate, and close unit according to policies, guidelines, and procedures set by the individual unit. Maintain work area and dining area in a clean and orderly condition. Wash and store pots and pans and equipment at pot sink area. Report malfunctions of equipment to supervisor.
