For Pooling : Digital Marketing Manager

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including list segmentation, content creation, A / B testing, and automation workflows. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to continually improve our digital marketing efforts. Manage and stay within a set marketing budget. Must Haves : • Strong experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid ads and email marketing • Strong understanding of Klaviyo, including segmentation, content creation, A / B testing, and automation workflows • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Results-driven mindset and ability to meet deadlines Nice to Haves : • Experience with ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.
