FP&A Lead, Corporate Marketing, Advertising & PR

The FP&A Lead, Corporate Marketing is a strategic finance leadership role responsible for supporting the Marketing, Advertising, and PR organizations within a luxury retail/apparel environment. This individual will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly close, and financial analysis while partnering closely with senior business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and investment planning.The role oversees a global team across the US and India and requires a hands‑on leader who can develop talent, improve processes, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, creative environment. This person will build financial models, evaluate business initiatives, and deliver clear, data‑driven insights to executive leadership.Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and month‑end close activities.Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations to improve performance and support brand investments.Partner closely with Marketing, Advertising, and PR leadership teams on strategic planning and ROI analysis.Develop financial models and business cases to support investment decisions.Consolidate global reporting and prepare executive‑level presentations.Lead and mentor a global FP&A team across the US and India.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.8+ years of FP&A experience with prior team leadership responsibility.Experience supporting Marketing, Advertising, PR, or Brand functions within luxury retail, apparel, fashion, or consumer brands strongly preferred.Strong P&L management, financial modeling, and business partnership experience.Advanced Excel skills and experience with systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, and BI tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and creative environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
