Guest Acquisition and Demand Generation • Build and run campaigns that drive in-store traffic and food truck bookings • Increase first-time guests while improving repeat visits through loyalty tactics • Create offers and ad angles that move people from “looks good” to “I’m going today” • Optimize conversion across the full funnel: awareness to action to retention Examples of outcomes: • Increased weekly store traffic • Increased food truck booking volume and event pipeline • Improved conversion from ads to visits • Better repeat frequency through loyalty and retention messaging • Clear weekly reporting that shows what worked, what did not, and what changes next Requirements • Proven experience driving demand through paid media and growth marketing • Comfortable managing campaigns across multiple platforms without supervision • Strong understanding of customer behavior, local marketing, and conversion • Ability to write and direct content that performs and fits a brand voice • Organized, decisive, data-aware, and action-oriented • You can execute and also think strategically How You’ll Work With Us • You will partner with the Managing Partners and Head Coach to align marketing with business goals • You will communicate weekly priorities, wins, learnings, and next actions • You will build systems that can scale as we grow into new units and future franchise locations
