We are hiring a Fractional Paid Media Buyer to help turn restaurant operator stories, testimonials, and podcast clips into paid creative tests on LinkedIn and Meta.
This is a part-time, fully remote contractor role. Work from anywhere. Month-to-month to start.
What You’ll Do
Build, launch, and optimize paid creative tests on LinkedIn and MetaTurn video testimonials and podcast clips into ad variationsTest hooks, thumbnails, audiences, and CTAsReport weekly on spend, winners, losers, and next testsFlag rights, approvals, and claims issues before anything goes live
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on B2B paid social experience, especially LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads ManagerProven B2B LinkedIn video ad experienceVideo creative testing experience, not just static adsClear reporting skills for non-media buyersBonus: restaurant tech, hospitality, B2B SaaS, or creator-led brand experience
