Work Location: Hybrid position based out of our TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK Corporate Office in Lansing, MI (2 days in office, 3 days remote). Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute franchise marketing strategies across TV, radio, digital, OTT, social media, grassroots, billboards, and B2B channels ensuring alignment with brand standards. • Partner with franchisees to build market-specific strategies that drive lead generation and provide actionable performance insights. Required Qualifications • Communication & Leadership: Ability to coach, train, negotiate, build consensus, and provide service-focused support to franchisees and internal teams.
