Charlottesville branding firm seeks freelance social media manager to handle multiple channel posts and manage analytics for clients social media campaigns. Position could grow in hours and/or to full time as project load dictates. Responsibilities: -Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions -Analyze ongoing marketing performance data, identify trends and develop conclusions -Present data insights to clients and communicate findings -Partner with account executives, copywriters, and creative directors to build and improve on client marketing strategies -Coordinate applications and reporting for marketing grants and ensure conformance in marketing grant policies Experience: 1-3 years experience in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns Understanding of online advertising platforms and performance metrics from Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Experience and understanding of SEO and SEM disciplines Experience in setting up conversion tracking code (Facebook and Google) on Wordpress sites Send resume and any references wish to include (not required initially).
