French Bistro Looking for a Restaurant Manager

Bistro Cacao has been serving modern French Cuisine in their Capitol Hill location since 2009. We are looking for a result oriented, customer driven Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Restaurant Manager duties: ● Increases customer base by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs; evaluating program results; identifying and tracking changing demands. ● Controls purchases and inventory for the entire kitchen items (except kitchen) by meeting with vendors; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; taking corrective actions. ● Accomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives by recruiting, orienting, training, assigning tasks, scheduling, coaching and management staff; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
