Front Desk Admin/Receptionist

Confidential Anchorage, Alabama

I am looking to fill a full-time position (32-40 hours) to perform primarily Front Desk Admin/Reception tasks, answering phone calls and receiving walk- ins, managing administrative tasks for clients; receiving payments and entering receipts for the practice. Applicant should be familiar with Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Google and Dropbox. Adobe Acrobat DC or Reader and being very good at spelling is a plus. :) I'm looking for someone who is organized, enjoys their work and focused on working and conscientious about accuracy, integrity and customer service. Someone who loves a challenge and keeping busy.
