This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, administrative work, and supporting marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Take and process customer orders Prepare and send invoices Answer and route incoming calls Create and send mass marketing emails Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions Perform administrative duties (filing, data entry, scheduling) Support sales and production teams as needed Help in production areas when required Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Experience with QuickBooks, Constant Contact, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
