Accent Properties is looking to hire an Office Manager! We are looking for a friendly adaptable full-time person (or alternatively two part-time workers) to organize and coordinate the daily functions of a smaller Real Estate company. Your role will be to greet visitors, handle a multiline phone system, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide administrative and secretarial support to our managing broker and property manager. Duties will include Contract Management, Bookkeeping, and Online Advertising. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as experience with a variety of office software (email, MS Office, spreadsheets and databases.)
