Front of House Leader & Social Media Advertising Specialist

You will run day-to-day FOH operations, coach and schedule staff, ensure excellent customer experiences, and plan/execute paid and organic social campaigns to drive foot traffic, online orders, and community engagement. FOH Operations & Customer ExperienceLead and supervise front-of-house staff (hiring, training, scheduling, performance feedback).Ensure consistent, friendly service and a welcoming store environment.Manage counter, POS, online orders, pickup/curbside flow, and daily cash reconciliation.Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and uphold brand standards.Team Development & CultureBuild a positive, customer-first culture; mentor staff on hospitality and product knowledge.Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.Coordinate cross-shift communication with bakery production team.Social Media Advertising & MarketingDevelop and execute local social media strategy (organic content + paid ads) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok as relevant).Create ad campaigns to promote daily specials, seasonal products, events, and curbside/online ordering.Manage ad budgets, target audiences, A/B tests, and measure ROI; optimize campaigns for foot traffic and sales.Produce or coordinate short-form content (photos, video, reels, captions) and schedule posts.Track analytics, report performance, and recommend strategy adjustments.Merchandising & Community OutreachMaintain attractive product displays and signage that support promotions.Coordinate local partnerships, catering inquiries, and in-store events to grow community presence.Support product launches with on-premise promotion and paid/organic social efforts.Operations & ReportingMonitor daily sales, inventory levels for FOH items, and waste; communicate needs to production and vendors.Contribute to budgeting, labor planning, and scheduling to meet sales targets while controlling costs.Prepare regular reports on FOH performance and marketing results. 3+ years in customer-facing leadership (cafés, bakeries, restaurants, or retail), including supervising teams.Demonstrable experience creating and managing social media advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager or equivalent).Strong copywriting basics, visual sense for food photography/short video, and familiarity with scheduling tools.Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.Comfortable with POS systems and basic cash handling; attention to accuracy.Data-driven mindset: able to interpret ad metrics and sales data to guide decisions.Passion for food, community, and delivering memorable guest experiences.Preferred
