**__****Front of the House Manager** Early Girl Eatery is looking for a **Front of the House Manager** who is reliable, self-motivated, and likes working on a team in a fast-paced environment. Must have at least 2 years' experience. Early Girl is celebrating 20 years in October 2021 and is a nationally recognized restaurant. * Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financing; establishing banking relationships; preparing strategic and annual forecasts and budgets; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; establishing and monitoring financial controls; developing and implementing strategies to increase average meal checks. * Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends and some holidays ** _Additional Responsibilities_** Assumes other duties as assigned by company management.
