Front Office Specialist

The Customer Service/Front End Sales Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with walk-in customers and providing customer service for this establishment. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Execute daily tasks and responsibilities relevant to the position that will include receiving payments and preparing work orders/quotes in detail with new walk-in customers as well as the company’s current customers. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve deadlines that may include physical labor. This position is a part-time position for a growing, fast-paced vehicle wrap shop based in Hickory, NC.
