Job duties include: Data Entry: Bank transactions, deposits, journal entries Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Interact with other bookkeepers and assist when necessary Generate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, yearly financial statements for clients as needed Assist CPAs in compiling data Requirements: 5+ years in bookkeeping/accounting Experience with Microsoft Office Strong math and analytical skills Proficient in Quickbooks Strong work ethic Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute: • Santa Maria, CA 93455 (Required)
