Communicate maintenance/cleaning needs to Property Manager. Follow up on a timely basis if unable to respond to residents on all matters. Maintain open communication with Property Manager, Assistant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Assist in planning resident functions. Essential Job Functions: Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to community team.
