We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Responsibilities and Duties · Greeting clients and instructing them what to do during their visit · Managing the front lobby in a clean and organized manner · Staff schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts · Manage HR to update and maintain office policies · Maintaining exhibits/rooms and arranging for necessary repairs · Manage inventory items and locations · Maintain client quota and company sales goals · Managing Airbnb guests as needed, Airbnb inventory management · Social media management, expected to post content daily to stories and three times a week to feed. · Advertising / Flyer management, with creative marketing ideas to draw new clients · Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development · Coach employees in cleaning and making suggestions for improvement. · Advanced computer skills and experience with social media SEO · Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work · Experience with staff management and scheduling · A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements · Inventory management · Semi –Flexible (weekend) hours, a total of 40 hours, but expect to work evenings and weekends. · Compensation range: $15-$17 per hour.
