Full-Time Marketing Manager

You’re an out of the box thinker but can also execute and manage already established marketing campaigns flawlessly. -Strategy, content creation and community management of social media presence on various platforms (IG, FB, YouTube, TikTok) -Email campaign and website management (BombBomb, Mailchimp, Wordpress) -Management of client events, sports tickets, giveaways, and closing gifts -Creation of content for email, website, flyers, ads and various other advertising campaigns -Writing and sending out press releases to gain media attention -Research and implementation of new marketing campaigns -Deliver quarterly performance reviews, insights, and analysis -Management/ownership of a marketing budget -Further develop and expand business partnerships -Update/manage CRM (Realvolve) 2\\. Marketing of Properties – 25% -Creation/management of listings in the MLS (FlexMLS, Supra, ShowingTime) -Coordination/ordering of listing signs and lockboxes (ChampsPost) -Creation and distribution of marketing materials - flyers, postcards, and other collateral -Scheduling/marketing of broker opens and open houses QUALIFICATIONS -2 years of marketing experience -Adept with various social media platforms -Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop a plus -Computer/Internet savvy (Google Drive/Calendar) – Mac preferred -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Exceptional organizational skills coupled with strong attention to detail -Flexible, likes working with defined systems but can also handle ambiguous tasks -Calm under pressure, ability to multi-task essential -Professional – in attitude, appearance, and demeanor -Team player – win as a team, lose as a team -Creative, critical thinker – can respond to a constantly changing fast paced environment -Must have own transportation GENERAL -Full time - 40-45 hours/week in downtown Chandler location -Salaried W2 position - Negotiable depending on experience -Employer provided health insurance including dental and vision HOW TO APPLY Send your cover letter and resume
