Full Time Marketing Team Lead

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric marketing team member to support growth efforts for B2B and B2C marketing strategies for the CVS Caremark portfolio and positioning efforts supporting the PBM business. As the Manager, Caremark Marketing Strategy, you will be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of marketing strategy and delivering integrated campaigns, across audiences, in alignment with the growth objectives of the business. You will develop a deep understanding of the buying needs and challenges of business decision makers with a focus on health plan customers to create a best-in-class buying experience for clients as well as an optimized member experience. 3-5 years experience in a marketing related field 5 years of total revelant work experience Experience supporting B2B, B2C and B2B2C campaign strategies, integrated marketing plans, and communication development Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence and impact and build consensus across all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects Analytically comfortable interpreting data; ability to summarize audience insights, campaign data, research and communicate insights and opportunity areas
