Our goal is to prioritize the grooming job, but have enough work to keep someone employed 8 hours a day for five days a week while their grooming clientele grows. As the grooming clientele expands the goal is for this job to be full-time Wednesday - Sunday during our open hours. The groomer will be expected to be interested in growing their clientele (you should be able to get them by being here and meeting our clients, doing nail trims, and word of mouth, and we'll give your name to people who call in). If you are bringing clients with you we understand they are your clients. If you want more hours while you are not grooming, we will ask you to cross-train and assist by training to be a Canine Swim Coach at $14 an hour.
